- Processflow design and tracking
- Session 3:
- Case studies of Process flow improvement in Oxide growth (simulation)
The coursework will follow a 3 2hr sessions with a lunch break in between sessions 2 and 3.
Date: Jan 24th, 2026
Time: 9AM – 4 PM, 1PM – 2PM lunch break.
Location: Online; physical location is not planned yet.
